Dear White Cliffs Middle School Family, 

As principal of White Cliffs Middle School, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year at White Cliffs Middle School! All of us at White Cliffs are looking forward to the start of the new school year and seeing your students for the first day of school on Wednesday, July 19th, 2023. 

This new year brings with it an updated WCMS mission and vision:

Vision: WCMS Wolves are confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged global citizens.

The staff and faculty here at White Cliffs are committed to the positive personal and academic growth of your child, and look forward to working alongside you to help develop your child into a student who is confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged. 

The majority of our leadership team this year remains the same. This will be my second year in the role of Principal, along with our Assistant Principal, Lelanie Seyffer, and our Counselor, Monica Montez Stine. Stephanie McKowan, who took over the Dean of Students position last year in January, will continue in the position

It is my delight to introduce our new Instructional Coach this year, Jen Coggins. Though she will be stepping into a new position for the 2023-2024 school year, this is Ms. Coggins third year here at WCMS. Her previous two years have been spent as a 6th and 7th grade Cambridge Science and Global Perspectives teacher. Prior to that position, she has over 20 years of classroom experience and brings with her a wealth of knowledge about teaching and learning. 

We are all looking forward to the upcoming school year, as is our talented and dedicated staff!  We are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of your students with high expectations and strong support.
